1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Loylet, a software platform operated by [your full name exactly as on your ID] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. The service
Loylet is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription that lets businesses create digital loyalty cards, issue them to their customers through Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or a web card, and manage stamps, points, rewards and notifications from a dashboard.
We sell access to our software. We do not provide custom software development or consulting services.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be authorised to act for your business. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by staff members you invite.
4. Free trial and subscriptions
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to start it.
After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a set number of loyalty cards as listed on our pricing page; branches, customers and staff are unlimited.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
5. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then does not renew. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the loyalty programs you create, including honouring the rewards you promise to your customers.
You must have a lawful basis, such as consent, to collect your customers’ data and to send them notifications. Do not send spam, misleading offers or unlawful content.
You must also follow Apple’s and Google’s rules for wallet passes.
8. Your customers’ data
You control the data your customers share with you (name, phone, visits and balances). We process it on your instructions to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.
A customer who joins several businesses on Loylet has one Loylet customer profile. You only see the details the customer gave you and their activity with you; other merchants never see your customers’ activity with you.
9. Third-party services
The service relies on Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, Paddle and hosting providers. Their availability and rules are outside our control.
10. Intellectual property
We own the Loylet platform and its software. You keep ownership of your logo, images and content, and you allow us to display them on your cards and pages so we can provide the service.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service or do not pay. After your account is closed you have 30 days to export your data, after which it is deleted.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Palestine.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
