What counts as a card?

A card is one loyalty program you design — for example a coffee stamp card, a points card or a VIP card. Each card works in all your branches.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. Your 14-day trial starts as soon as you sign up. You only add payment details when you choose a plan.

Which currency am I billed in?

All plans are billed in USD. ILS and JOD prices on this page are approximate and shown for convenience.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — a full refund on your first payment if you ask within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.

Who processes payments?

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles invoices and sales tax.
